Ridgewood Shukokai Karate School, founded in 1996 by Ken & Pat Domney, is located at 30 Cottage Place, Ridgewood, NJ.

The purpose of RSKS is to provide a safe haven of positive energy & instruction where ALL may develop their Strength, Courage, Sense of Justice & Leadership skills.

Training in Shukokai karate since 1973. Direct student of Soke Kimura and Instructor at World Headquarters Dojo 1978/79 and 1982/83. 6th Dan Black belt. Founded R.S.K.S. in 1996. American Shukokai Karate Union & A.C.M.A. certified instructor also certified in KardioKickbox, F.A.S.T. Defense, Goshindo Sword. Brazilian Jiu jitsu Blue belt under Professor George Sernack. (Team Renzo Gracie, Denville)

Trained karate since 1979. Direct student of Soke Kimura. 5th Dan Black Belt. Co-founded R.S.K.S. in 1996. A.C.M.A. certified instructor also certified in KardioKickbox & F.A.S.T. Defense.

2nd Dan Black Belt, Karate Instructor, Weapons coach (Escrima, Bo, Sai and Kama). BJJ Blue belt from Professor George Sernack. (Team Renzo Gracie, Denville). Training since 2002, member of the Leadership Team since 2008, staff member since 2010, and Deshi (instructor in training) since 2015.
